My design journey started way back in a friend's 📔 journal, where I'd paste photos of the Backstreet Boys, a fluffy 🐶 puppy, and Britney Spears, scribbling funny captions in bright, clashing colours. That messy, joyful collage was my first 🎨 "design project"—and it sparked a lifelong passion for creating things that make people smile and feel connected.
Fast forward to today, I'm based in Worcester, UK, turning complex 💼 B2B platforms into tools people actually enjoy using. My specialty? Data-heavy 📊 SaaS products where every click matters. Whether I'm untangling a complex dashboard or mentoring a junior designer, I channel that same playful creativity into solutions that are intuitive and impactful.
My Master's in 🌿 Ecology taught me to see systems holistically—yes, ecology to UX! It's all about understanding how things connect and creating balance. Outside of work, you'll find me 🥾 hiking nature trails or ✏️ sketching ideas, still inspired by those natural systems.
Currently, I'm the sole Product Designer at Nimbus Maps, making property data less overwhelming for UK real estate professionals. Here's what that looks like:

Nimbus Property LTD (2023-Now) - B2B PropTech platform
Redesigned the entire platform - Talked to 30+ property professionals about their frustrations (spoiler: there were many), then made their daily workflows 30% faster and increased satisfaction by 25%
Built our first design system - From scratch! Fixed 80% of those "why does this button look different?" moments and achieved 98% design accuracy in implementation
Created docs developers love - They actually thanked me for the prototypes and documentation that cut their rework by 20%
Generated pre-launch buzz - Got LinkedIn DMs asking "how do I get access to this?" after sharing a preview
The best part? Working with a brilliant team of 15 across product, dev, and data to make it all happen.
The Journey Here
Before Nimbus, I've tackled challenges across different industries:

ABNK (2022-2023) - Fintech & Business Analysis
Guided two digital transformation projects from "what do we need?" to "here's what users love." Translated complex requirements into clear docs that reduced dev confusion by 30%.

Requestum (2022) - Digital Products Strategy
Ran workshops that got decisions made 40% faster (yes, I measured it). Kept everyone aligned on what really mattered while managing discovery for two products with 100% business alignment.

SDH Global (2020-2021) - From Designer to Senior
Got promoted after successfully juggling 9 products across EdTech, Logistics, and Healthcare. Led design for solutions that cut task completion time by 30%. Mentored 2 junior designers (they're doing amazing things now!).

Also in 2020-2021 - Giving Back
Volunteered teaching design foundations and Figma to women transitioning into tech. Helped them find their path in design through a company supporting career changes.

FlexSolution (2017-2020) - Where It All Began
My first real UX role where I learned to make complex things simple. Designed 4 web apps and created visual assets that generated £3,000+ monthly (still proud of those icons!).
NY
Before 🎨 Design, I worked as a 📦 delivery manager, worked in 🎧 customer support, and even 🔧 construction testing—experiences that taught me the empathy and attention to detail I use every day.
Over the years, I've built up quite the design arsenal:
Design & Research: I live and breathe user research, usability testing, and information architecture. Creating design systems? That's my happy place.
Tools I Use Daily: Figma is my best friend (we're inseparable), but I also work with FigJam, Sketch, Pendo, Maze, Microsoft Clarity, and ZeroHeight for documentation. Oh, and I make sure everything is WCAG 2.2 compliant—because good design works for everyone.
How I Work: Whether it's collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, or mentoring designers, I thrive in collaborative environments. Agile sprints? Love them. Complex problems? Bring them on.

Master's in Ecology
O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy
It taught me everything about systems thinking and natural balance—skills I use every day in design
I believe powerful tools should be accessible to everyone. That's why I'm passionate about:
Inclusive design - WCAG compliance isn't a checkbox, it's a mindset
Mentoring - Helping others to understand that design is around us
Systems thinking - Finding elegant solutions to complex problems
Building bridges - Between users and technology, designers and developers, ideas and reality
A good cup of coffee - Let's be honest, it drives me pretty well too! ☕
